Owner/Chief Visionary Officer
Danielle Dow is the CEO and Chief Visionary Officer of SFG, a boutique NIL and sports management agency dedicated to empowering athletes to excel in competition, education, and life.
With a career that bridges athletics, youth development, and organizational strategy, Danielle is redefining what it means to represent athletes in the modern NIL era.
She brings a strong foundation in legal and compliance knowledge, ensuring athletes and families navigate NCAA, state, and contractual rules with confidence. She has developed NIL workshops and compliance trainings that make complex rules accessible while unlocking new sponsorship opportunities.
​Her professional journey includes deep experience in youth and workforce development, where she designed training programs that guided young people into higher education, careers, and leadership roles. This gives her unique insight into athlete career transitions, tutoring, and holistic development.

With an eye for design and a mind for storytelling, Jae leads the agency’s brand, creative and digital strategy, ensuring every athlete’s image reflects their authenticity, discipline, and potential.
A seasoned brand architect and creative strategist, Jae has built a career at the intersection of art, leadership, and innovation. Her work spans branding, communications, and organizational development, helping individuals, teams and organizations translate identity into influence.
